The AT value of reed switch is generally tested by reed switch tester. The AT value of the reed tube generally refers to the ATtraction value of the reed tube, which means that the contacts in the reed tube act after the induction value of the magnetic force (in gauss) corresponding to the at value is reached. Generally, the smaller the AT value is, the longer the induction distance is. The AT value of each spring tube manufactured by the manufacturer is different. Reed switch tester is an intelligent testing instrument developed by a single-chip microcomputer, which is used to test the pull-in and release AT value (or pull-in and release current), pull-in and release AT value difference (or current difference) and contact resistance of contacts of reed switch. Each parameter is set through the dial on the panel, and the set parameters will not be lost when power is cut off. When the number of turns of the coil is set to zero, the pull-in current and release current of the relay are tested.
